JGA Recruitment have partnered with a mission-driven organization is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to lead full-cycle payroll operations at its Austin headquarters. If you’re detail-driven, solutions-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers the chance to make a major impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process biweekly payroll via ADP Vantage
• Audit and reconcile time, imports, registers, and employee changes
• Manage garnishments, levies, and child support
• Handle manual checks, Positive Pay, voids, and adjustments
• Prepare ad hoc and scheduled payroll / cash-flow reports
• Support system testing, upgrades, and special payments (bonuses, retro, terminations, etc.)
• Maintain SOPs and strengthen internal controls
• Partner closely with the Payroll Director and internal teams

Key Requirements :

The role is based out of their Austin office, on a hybrid working schedule and paying up to $90,000.
