About the Role
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a key role in delivering top-notch, patient-centered care while coordinating unit functions. In this position, you will collaborate with management to monitor and improve the nursing care experience, ensuring an outstanding level of service for patients.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure customized and effective patient care.Assist with admission and discharge processes to enhance patient experience.Work with experts and leaders to support service improvements and better patient outcomes.Mentor and provide feedback to nursing staff, fostering engagement and professional growth.Support staff scheduling and operational efficiency.Qualifications :
Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course must be completed within 18 months of employment start date.PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification.Trauma Nursing Core Course must be completed within 18 months of employment start date.Valid Registered Nurse license.Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a Pediatric Emergency Department.Experience as a Charge RN preferred.Medical City Dallas is known for its cutting-edge medical facilities and dedication to exceptional patient care, featuring over 895 beds and a talented team of more than 1,500 physicians.
