The Role

As a Senior / Lead DevOps Engineer you will drive initiatives that enhance the reliability, scalability and efficiency of both production and development environments. You will lead major infrastructure and automation projects, improve tools and processes, and ensure the seamless deployment, monitoring and operation of critical applications. This role includes guiding CI / CD strategy, advancing infrastructure-as-code practices, and providing operational leadership across engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across infrastructure and automation projects.
• Drive automation and maintenance of performance testing and pre-production environments.
• Lead containerization efforts and champion Infrastructure as Code best practices.
• Design and implement automation for engineering deployment and operational workflows.
• Define and execute high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies.
• Architect, optimize and maintain CI / CD pipelines supporting multiple services and teams.
• Create, maintain and automate runbooks to improve operational consistency and reduce toil.
• Participate in and guide on‑call support ensuring production systems remain stable and performant.

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $165,000 - $175,000 depending on location and experience.
