Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Supervisor – Duck Dynasty (Sandy, Utah)

📍 Location : 7370 S Creek Rd, Sandy, Utah

🕗 Full-Time | On-Site

We are seeking a hands-on skilled, extremely reliable, and driven Lead HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Sandy, Utah!

We specialize in delivering high-quality HVAC services beyond what is available today and with exceptional customer care for residential and commercial clients who expect excellence.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead and train a team of HVAC technicians to ensure every project is completed efficiently and to our exceptionally high standard.
• You'll also be hands on to install, service, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform diagnostics to determine effective solutions.
• Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and inventory for daily operations.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members about project progress and system recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, codes, and company quality standards.

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Proven HVAC technician experience (3+ years preferred).

✅ EPA Universal certification required; additional certifications are a plus.

✅ A growth mindset with the ability to teach and develop others on the team.

✅ Someone who is willing to go the extra mile and take initiative to solve problems proactively.

✅ Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills across various HVAC systems.

✅ Comfortable working in various environments and lifting up to 50 lbs.

✅ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

✅ Dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
