About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of US Operations to play a pivotal role in the design and execution of a scalable, technology-enabled operations organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the operational strategy that supports the growth of the commercial lines platform. This includes designing end-to-end operating processes, embedding digital capabilities, and ensuring process excellence. The role also involves building and leading high-performing operations teams, partnering with various business functions to align operational and commercial goals, and managing operational risk, compliance, and quality control.

Applicants for the Head of US Operations position at the company should be senior operational leaders with a minimum of 10 years' experience in insurance operations, particularly in commercial lines. A proven track record in transformation delivery, including process redesign, automation, and change management, is essential. The role requires a data-driven and outcome-oriented individual who is an excellent communicator and stakeholder manager, capable of influencing at the C-suite level. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment and have a degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field. Responsibilities also include managing vendor relationships, and contracts, and driving initiatives to enhance client service and operational metrics.
