Top-Tier Diagnostic Technician – Bill Harris Dealerships
Locations : Ashland, OH and Loudonville, OH
Compensation : $80,000 – $120,000+ annually, based on experience and performance
Schedule : Full-Time, Monday to Friday (No Weekends)

Key Responsibilities
Diagnostic Expertise : Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
Repair Execution : Perform repairs and calibrations as needed, ensuring all work meets dealership and manufacturer standards.
Customer Communication : Clearly explain diagnostic findings and repair recommendations to Service Advisors and customers.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with other technicians and service staff to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and diagnostic techniques.
Qualifications
Experience : Minimum of 3 years in automotive diagnostics and repair.
Certifications : ASE Certification(s) preferred; willingness to obtain necessary certifications.
Technical Skills : Proficiency with OEM diagnostic tools and software.
Communication : Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
