Summary

The MIL Corporation seeks an SAP Process Analysis Manager (Business Analysis, Manager) to support a Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) client at the Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River, MD and Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) at St. Inigoes, MD.

Most of the work performed under this contract shall be performed at client's facility. Telework may be permitted at the sole discretion of the client and must be approved in writing in advance.

This position is currently unfunded and is being posted in anticipation of a future contract award and funding approval. We are proactively identifying and engaging with qualified candidates. While candidates may be contacted for pre-screening, any hiring decisions will be contingent upon funding availability and final program requirements or client approval.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a leader supporting Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Office (NBO) with Navy ERP deployment, sustainment and major upgrades at NAWCAD.
• Provides detailed analyses of financial and business processes and procedures to develop phased revisions for operational and staff components and operational procedures.
• Employs business process models, activity flows, and data models.
• Utilize process mapping tools to document financial and business processes in support of system requirements and implementation.

Travel

Temporary travel to other locations in support of program tasking may be required. If required, temporary travel locations include Washington D.C., Mechanicsburg, PA, China Lake, CA, Orlando, FL, Cherry Point, FL, Albany, GA, Jacksonville, FL, and San Diego, CA. This list is not all inclusive as locations may change over the life of the contract.

For this position, the projected compensation range is $130,000 - $155,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package.
