Position Overview : The Physician Assistant (PA) is a key member of the Vanguard Medical Group care team, providing comprehensive family medicine services across the lifespan under the supervision of a physician. This position focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, and quality-driven outcomes. The PA collaborates closely with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to deliver patient-centered care aligned with Vanguard Medical Group's mission of improving the health of our communities.

Hours : Full-time

Responsibilities :

Clinical Care and Patient Management

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including histories, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests such as EKGs, laboratory studies, imaging, and screenings.
• Administer and document immunizations, injections, wound care, and other minor procedures.
• Provide patient counseling and education on treatment plans, disease prevention, wellness, family planning, and emotional health.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans ensuring continuity of care.
• Use the EMR to document visits accurately and promptly, meeting regulatory, billing, and organizational standards.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated annual compensation for this position ranges from $115,000-$140,000, depending on the role and experience level. Additionally, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and other company-sponsored benefits.
