Job Title : AI Developer

Required Skills :

Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and deploying AI / ML models in a production environment.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Familiarity with data processing tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Apache Spark, Hadoop).
Knowledge of cloud computing services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Demonstrated experience using Hugging Face tools, including the Transformers library, Datasets, and Tokenizers.

Nice to Have Skills :

Experience with integrating pre-trained models and fine-tuning them for specific applications.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly with large datasets.

Preferred Education and Experience :

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.

A background in AI development with hands-on experience in industry projects is highly desirable.

Other Requirements :

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and demands effectively.

The role may involve occasional travel for collaboration and training purposes.
