About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Academic Officer to play a pivotal role in its strategic development. Key skills include expertise in measurement, psychometrics, assessment validity / reliability, research design, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders. Experience in the EdTech sector, as well as a background in working with state departments of education or large-scale assessment programs, is highly valued. The role requires a candidate who can inspire and nurture a team, and who is adept at shaping strategic decisions through insights and innovation.
