THE CLIENT

This particular client is a mid-sized firm who work on large-scale, complex building systems in the Sports, Education, Retail and Commercial sectors.

OVERVIEW

Create construction drawings for the project owner, coordination and communication between the design team and the client / customer, provide project management oversight, and support throughout the entire construction process.

ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES

HVAC design (airside, hydronic, steam) for a wide variety of multi-disciplinary (A&E) project types

Produce construction documents, construction administration, and shop drawing review

Project Management

Site Visits / Client interface

Generate and track project delivery schedule, fees, budgets

Equipment sizing and calculations, load calculations, systems applications, Energy modeling

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or similar

REVIT, AutoCAD, Trane Trace or IES VE Energy Modeling software

5+ yrs. of industry experience

E.I.T. or P.E.
