Oncology Nurse Practitioner

Mountainside Medical Center is seeking a nurse practitioner to serve in the role of Oncology Nurse Navigator joining its established team in Montclair, NJ.

We are searching for a compassionate caregiver who will assist in guiding patients through the cancer care journey- connecting them with internal / external resources by assisting with coordinating multidisciplinary care and ensuring timely referrals and treatment initiation.

About this Position :

Join 3 oncologists and an experienced support staff

Enjoy working in the Inpatient / Outpatient settings

Manage oncology patient care coordination across the continuum (diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and palliative care)

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 a.m-5 p.m.

No Call

No Weekend Requirement
