RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Operations Management : Manage the delivery calendar activities daily, daily bakery requisitions checklist and adhering to the culinary schedule
- Ensure all food is handled and stored according to all required food safety code standards
- Assist with kitchen food prep & production of baked goods as needed
- Ensure delivery cruiser maintenance & service matters are managed
- Manage expenses for delivery cruiser (i.e., gasoline, tolls, repairs)
- Ensure the delivery cruiser is driven in a professional manner consistent with local vehicle laws
