Deliz is looking for experienced line cooks to complete our team. At Deliz we have a new fresh approach to both cuisine and guest experience. This could be a terrific opportunity to anyone looking to expand their own knowledge.

Who You Are :

We are looking for professionals that are dedicated to their craft and thoughtful in their actions. Someone who is very passionate about the hospitality industry and willing to put in the necessary work in order to grow. You are serious about precision and are calculated in your efficiencies. Must be proficient and respect the restaurant equipment, work in a neat and organized manner. You enjoy your work and it shows to your fellow teammates and guests alike.

What You Will Do

  • Assisting and following the direction of the chef team
  • Striving and achieving maintenance of quality standards
  • Communicate clearly with managers and other kitchen team members
  • Take direction and feedback to insure quality of product
  • Prep and cook while working smart, clean, organized, and calculated

What You Need to Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years of high volume kitchen cooking experience
  • High end level restaurant experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to listen and follow direction
  • Strong passion and dedication to food, beverage, and hospitality
  • A willingness to learn from your management team and accept responsibilities as given
  • Ability to be adaptable and abide by the policies and values of the company
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • You will be eligible to participate in the Deliz employee benefits package (medical, paid time off, dining benefits, ect.)
  • Reasonable Hours and Quality of Life. We strive to always give two days off together, a respectable work week and very competitive pay for the right candidate.
