Built on the pillars of convenience, wellness and person-centered care, we offer inpatient and outpatient care at one site, with an emphasis on preventive health, wellness and health education.

The surgery department at St. Anthony North Health Campus Hospital consists of 8 OR rooms, 1 cysto room, 1 minor procedure room, a GI room, and a room for pain management. We are an ortho heavy department - fracture management, total hips, knees, and shoulders, and the ortho service continues to grow. We also perform general, ENT, GYN, urology, spine and plastics. The patient mix is comprised mainly of adult surgical patients. Patient care is provided for adult, geriatric, adolescent, and pediatric patients. Our mission is to provide safe care to the surgical patient. As a Surgical Tech / Scrub Tech with CommonSpirit Health you will :

Works under the supervision of the surgeon and RN.Assist surgical team during operative procedures by arranging and inventorying sterile set-up of instruments, equipment and supplies for surgical cases and passing items to surgeons and nurses as needed.Assist in preparing and moving patients and sterilizing and cleaning instruments, equipment and rooms.

Day to Day duties :

8 OR Suites +1 Cysto Room+1minor procedure room

Anticipating an addition of two new ORs by Oct 2025

Approx. 600-700+ cases per month

Schedule- 40hrs / Week- Variable shift times per surgical Volume and current unit needs

Call required- Approx. 4-6 call shifts per 6 week schedule block. May Vary

Weekend Call is 0700-1930, 1900-0730, weekday call 1900-0730
