Estimator and Detailer

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to work in a dynamic environment? Staffmark is hiring for an Estimator and Detailer position for a thriving company in Abilene, TX! This role is perfect for someone with strong math skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for project management.

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (Flexibility for overtime as needed)

Pay : $20 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive and process estimate / bid requests via email
• Communicate with contractors from start to finish
• Follow up on outstanding bids and track success rates
• Verify awarded project files for accuracy
• Ensure all scheduled materials meet project plans / specifications
• Confirm pricing and request updated quotes when needed
• Prepare and submit material submittals for approval
