Fleet Support Engineer

Job Title

In this role, you'll diagnose complex hardware / software related issues, interface with cross-functional engineering teams to drive resolution, capture the troubleshooting details and place them in the internal knowledge database. This role will require flexibility to work nights / weekends as needed with advanced notice. We are looking for someone that has a bachelor's degree and a minimum of experience.
