Qualifications :

7–10+yearsinIT,3–5+inleadership

StrongknowledgeofWindows11,macOS,TeamsVoice,endpoint / devicemanagement

PowerShellscriptingrequired

FamiliarwithITSM / ITILpractices

Relevantcertifications(A+,MicrosoftMDAA,ITIL,ACSP,etc.)
