About the Role :

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative coverage to our Executive Vice President / CFO for LifeBridge Health. This role requires strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. This role will involve heavy calendar management as well as creating and preparing presentations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of EVP / CFO.
  • Manage and maintain executive's calendar, meetings and appointments.
  • Supports executive in all administrative functions, including creating and preparing presentations.

Requirements :

  • Education : High School diploma / GED preferred
  • Experience : 5 to 7 years of executive assistant experience, strong Microsoft Office experience (including PowerPoint). Position requires excellent problem-solving, communication, interpersonal planning and organizational skills.
  • Position is located in our beautiful Corporate Headquarters in Owings Mills.
