Job Summary

Board Certified Cardiology Opportunity in Folsom, CA

Employee's primary job duty shall be to provide direct patient care at the Assigned Location or any other clinic site as assigned by the Division Chief based on patient needs and business objectives of the University.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and / or certification if required of the position

• Must be licensed to practice medicine in the state of California
• Must be board certified in Cardiovascular Disease
• Must provide current DEA certification
• Must possess a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
• Must have experience working in a medical setting
• Must have experience in Cardiovascular disease
• Skills and ability to work with cardiovascular disease

Department Specific Job Scope

UC Davis cardiologists provide a full spectrum of advanced and sophisticated treatments for heart disease, including high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, and congestive heart failure. Our services range from specialty outpatient clinics to inpatient ICU services. With over 60 faculty, fellows, and volunteer providers, Cardiovascular Medicine is one of the largest divisions within Internal Medicine.
