- Convert cold and warm leads into enrolled participants and maintain accurate CRM records
- Share training materials, handle objections, and follow up consistently to meet monthly targets
- Support sales administration and coordination of scheduled training events
- Report daily progress against daily and monthly targets, provide client feedback and suggest campaign improvements Minimum 3 years of proven telesales success in B2B marketing professional services such as corporate training, education, real estate, insurance, finance, or similar professional services
- Excellent spoken and written English — clear, confident, and compelling
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills over the phone and demonstrated ability to convert calls into sales and handle a high volume of client follow-up
- Track record of meeting or exceeding telesales targets
- Ability to meet daily work targets, monthly participant enrollment targets and work within a high-performance culture
