Family Medicine Physician

We are looking for a board eligible / certified  Family Medicine Physician  to join our experienced and established family medicine practice located in Sylvania, Ohio (minutes from Toledo).

• Conveniently located inside of the ProMedica Health and Wellness Center
• Practice consists of 5 Physicians and 2 APPs
• Office hours : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm
• Minimal practice call is included
• Conduct both in-office and virtual visits

ProMedica Health and Wellness Center was designed to improve our patients health and well-being by bringing essential medical services under one roof.  The three-story, 230,000-square-foot facility houses primary care and specialty physician offices, radiology and laboratory services, a pharmacy, a walk-in clinic, and community room for educational programs.  Providing these services from one location not only makes it more convenient for our patients but improves the coordination of the various stages of care.
