A beautiful rehabilitation facility just a few hours from La Grande, OR is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team! Come join a well-regarded rehabilitation program known for its compassionate care!

  • Pay : $40.00 - $57.00 hourly
  • 15,000 retention bonus + relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis!

Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity :

  • Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
  • Schedule : Day shift, 5x8s (4x10 schedule available!)
  • The Speech Language Pathologist will work both inpatient and outpatient in a post-acute rehabilitation setting.

    • Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate speech, cognitive, swallowing, and functional abilities to determine care needs.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans with patient, family, and care team input.
  • Provide skilled, goal-oriented therapy with ongoing assessment and adjustments
  • Document care per guidelines and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.

    • Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications :

  • Master's degree from an accredited school of speech language pathology
  • Oregon SLP license, or the ability to obtain
  • BLS, or the ability to obtain
