About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative Upsell Manager youll own the strategy coaching and daily operations of our current customer outbound SDR team. Reporting to the VP of Client Growth you will turn datadriven insights into repeatable processes that fuel pipeline growth for every industry we serve within our client base.

What You Will Be Doing

• Recruit onboard and develop a team of 812 SDRs; create career paths that retain top talent.
• Set and exceed pipeline targets by designing outreach cadences that blend calls texts and emails.
• Coach call recordings and roleplays dailyhoning objectionhandling lead qualification and ethical persuasion tactics.
• Align tightly with Marketing on ICP refinement accountbased plays and event followup.
• Own SDR tech stack & reporting (Salesforce Zoom Revenue Accelerator Slack PowerBI and more) to surface actionable metrics and forecast accurately.
• Iterate playbooks through A / B testing of scripts sequences and talk tracks for new product launches.
• Partner with Account Managers to ensure clean handoffs that accelerate opportunities and improve win rates.
• Champion a feedback culture sharing market intel with Product and Customer Success.
