Store Event Coordinator

As a Store Event Coordinator, you'll plan, coordinate, and execute live music, community events, and division and corporate initiatives. Once you're eligible, you'll become an Owner in the company, so we're looking for commitment, hard work, and focus on quality and customer service. What is the work?
Management
Manages Store event calendarsWorks with Directors and Departments Managers on Store / community outreach initiatives as agreed upon by GMMay work on community outreach projects and internal (Store) projects identified / agreed upon by Partner and GMDefines resource needs according to budgets; develops action plans for programs and eventsCollaborates on band budget with GMSources local musicians and bands appropriate for the CM brand through social media, referralsPosts music / events schedule on applicable CM Store website (social media)Provides event information to the Art department for creative / graphic advertisementsSchedules / monitors sound engineersProvides H-E-B Accounts Payable vendor forms for vendor prior to event to ensure timely paymentMaintains / repairs sound equipmentCustomer Service
Attends events, meetings, civic functions representing CM to support of Store objectivesRepresents the Central Market at key functions and eventsPerforms duties such as greeting customers, bussing tables, set-up and breakdown of equipment / event areaMaintains good relationships in the community, including public, private sectors, and non-profit organizationsWhat is your background?
