Job Summary
Responsibilities
- 2nd Shift is 2 : 45 PM to 11 : 15 PM, Monday through Friday
- Salary Range : $17.51 - 18.51 / hour
- Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Package life-saving medicines on high-speed computerized assembly line. Conduct visual inspection, move product on and off assembly line. Strictly follow standard operating procedures and documentation requirements. Identify and report problems. Must be willing to become qualified inspector.
Performs inspection of labeled vials, lot numbers, expiration dates, inserts, trays, partitions, shippers, packing and palletizing shipper packs.Must maintain log in ability on packaging and inspection machines.Performs skilled training for aggregation of shippers.Must be qualified to work on high -speed automated inspection equipment ( AIM).Must be qualified and remain qualified to visually inspect liquid and lyophilized product.Performs and documents line clearances before and after the running of a Production LotWill work on assembly lines with high - speed equipment with Human Machine Interfaces ( HMI ) applicationsAssures that the packaged product meets all [ 1 00%] of specificationsResponsible for complying with all SOP's and cGMP'sResponsible for complying with all training.Maintains a clean and organized work environment and strives to meet daily goalsMakes minor adjustments and assists with changeover and set-up to equipment, as necessaryAssures the correct set-up and operation of all packaging and inspection equipment except the LabelerAssures a safe working environment and always wears appropriate safety equipment / apparel as well as alerting the supervisor to unsafe conditions in the departmentPerforms other duties as assigned.Works overtime as needed.Requirements :
High School diploma or GED required.Must be capable of lifting up to 40 lbs of various packaging / inspection materials and equipment and transporting objects up to 80 lbs.Must be able to perform repetitive work with machinery, which typically produces anywhere from150-400 units per minute.Must be able to inspect at 100 VPM or lessMust have ability to focus on details for periods of time labeling.Must be capable of moving pallets of material with manual and battery-operated pallet jacksAdditional Information
