Your Role

As a Senior Manager in our Technology practice, you will play a pivotal role in interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure that newly implemented technology solutions meet these requirements. Your collaboration with technical teams will be crucial in designing and delivering effective system architecture solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis.
• Overseeing program / project management and ensuring engagement economics are met.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Leading large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities and possessing strong business acumen; staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client and assimilating new knowledge.
• Consistently delivering high-quality client services by monitoring progress, managing risks, and keeping key stakeholders informed of developments and expected outcomes.
• Building and maintaining relationships with client personnel at all levels to foster collaboration and trust.
• Effectively leading and motivating diverse teams, providing constructive feedback and coaching; fostering an innovative, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment while mentoring junior consultants.
• Identifying and generating new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service lines and proactively assessing ways to meet client needs; cultivating long-term client relationships across EY practices.

Skills and Attributes for Success

On engagements, you will work with key stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. You will initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, and complete workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution. You will liaise with stakeholders and the technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations and / or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
