Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Engineer located in the Bloom Jendusa Design Build department in Milwaukee, WI. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for performing structural analysis and calculations, carrying out engineering design tasks, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop efficient, effective, and sustainable structural solutions. The position also involves preparing detailed project reports, ensuring compliance with design standards, and interacting with clients and stakeholders to deliver superior service.

Qualifications

• Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering skills
• Proficiency in Structural Analysis and performing engineering Calculations
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
