Avive Solutions, Inc. is a growth stage Automated External Defibrillator (AED) company with a connected response system that is rapidly gaining market share. We are on a mission to change the leading cause of death in the United States by saving lives. We are a dynamic organization that builds elegant, creative solutions to solve complex problems. Our mission is for all cardiac arrest victims to have rapid access to life-saving defibrillation.

We are taking a fresh approach to addressing this decades-old problem by innovating AED technology, coupled with a first-of-its-kind software platform solution to enable a quicker and more streamlined response to SCA emergencies. We believe that this unique combination of deploying advanced yet still accessible hardware, and software, has the potential to revolutionize out-of-hospital cardiac arrest response and massively impact SCA survival rates.

We are looking for someone to help us build strong pipeline and support our recruiting efforts for the next 2-3 months. You will help to create strong pipelines for a variety of roles with a focus on technical (Software and Hardware). You will also be the face of the office and help coordinate on-site interviews to create a positive candidate experience.

What You'll Do :

Partner with recruiting team to source and hire high-quality candidates for roles across a diverse array of organizational requirements

Help to manage inbound candidates, messaging and relationship building

Be a creative and innovative sourcer who can identify passive candidates and maintain strong pipeline

Greet candidates and keep on-site interviews on schedule

Required Skills & Experience :

2+ years of experience sourcing roles in various departments for a startup (ideally heavily commercial focused)

Proven track record of building pipeline in a fast-paced, high growth environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must

LinkedIn Recruiter experience required

Bonus Points For :

Experience recruiting candidates in the Public Safety sector

Experience recruiting for Quality / Regulatory roles or in the medical device industry

Willingness to think outside the box, adapt to adversity

Experience with Lever a plus

Ability to navigate and source through GitHub
