The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team :

Enterprise Services (ES) has an exciting Associate Director HR Partner role. This dynamic and fast-paced role will be responsible for leading HR initiatives supporting the Enterprise Services Business Solutions team across multiple locations in the U.S and International sites. The position provides leadership on various Human Resources initiatives surrounding employee engagement leadership effectiveness talent acquisition and development compensation and employee relations.

In this role you will operate independently and in partnership with the Enterprise Services HR Leadership team to drive consistency integration and communication. This position will also work on key priorities and initiatives as part of the broader Enterprise Services HR team.

What You Will Do

• Partner with business leaders in a complex matrixed environment supporting both domestic and international employees to advance organizational objectives and transformation including oneRTX initiatives.
• Engage with Enterprise HR Partners HR Communities of Expertise (COEs) and People Services to advance people and talent strategies (organizational health workforce planning skill & leadership development culture retention) for the business you support.
• Lead and execute foundational HR processes : performance development talent acquisition and management change management succession planning staffing employee relations salary planning and incentive compensation.
• Participate and collaborate as an integral part of the Enterprise Services HR team. Develop and lead HR projects that encompass both domestic and international locations. Participate in and promote a collaborative team environment by working with the HR organization and other organizations.
• Travel up to 20% of the time domestic and possibly international.

The salary range for this role is 147000 USD - 295000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and / or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
