FSR Supervisor

The FSR Supervisor ensures operational and personal readiness of the Customer Success Flight Operations pilot roster. They are responsible for daily administrative tasks, equipment and property accountability, and cross-functional support. They manage routine traffic with pilots, inter-organizational administrative personnel, and VBAT customers to ensure mission readiness and personnel and aircraft reliability.

What You'll Do :

• Track and manage CONUS and OCONUS FSR obligations across numerous contracts. Mentor and develop senior VBAT Technical SMEs. Serve as primary touchpoint cross-functionally between the FSR roster and the rest of the SAI enterprise.

$98,000 - $140,000 a year

Full-time regular employee offer package : Pay within range listed + Bonus + Benefits + Equity

Temporary employee offer package : Pay within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment)

Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
