Customer Service Representative
Hybrid (Metro Detroit)
Salary Range : $55,000 – $65,000
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused CSR to support our client’s technical sales and customer relationships. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between sales, logistics, and customers, ensuring seamless order processing, issue resolution, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries related to order status, delivery schedules, and product specifications.
Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product delivery and documentation.
Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date customer interactions and order details.
Prepare reports on customer feedback, delivery performance, and service metrics.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
Strong understanding of logistics workflows and supply chain coordination.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.
Proven ability to ramp up on technical product catalogue.
Pay Details : $55, to $65, per year
