Data Entry Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company in Overland Park, KS who is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Analyst to join their team for a project. This temporary role will focus on researching business entities to verify operational status, identifying key contacts, and updating our Salesforce CRM with accurate and current information.

Responsibilities :

• Research business entities using online tools, directories, and databases to confirm if they are still operational.
• Identify and verify primary contacts at each business, including name, title, email address, and phone number.
• Accurately input and update contact and company information in Salesforce.
• Maintain detailed records of research findings and update tracking logs as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Flag and escalate any discrepancies or issues encountered during research.

Qualifications :

Pay Details : $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
