Summary of Position
Event Planning and Execution :
- Assisting in the planning, organization, and execution of cheerleading performances, pep rallies, and competitions.
- Managing logistics such as venue setup, coordinating routines, and scheduling.
Social Media and Content Creation :
Contributing to the creation and curation of social media content related to the cheerleading team's activities and achievements.Participating in managing social media accounts, engaging with fans, and responding to comments.Video Production and Streaming :
Participating in video production, editing, and post-production for highlight reels and promotional videos showcasing the team's performances.Data Analysis and Performance Tracking :
Analyzing cheerleading routines, team dynamics, and individual performances to provide insights to coaches and team members.Participating in using analytics tools to identify trends and areas for improvement.Community Management :
Engaging with the cheerleading community through forums, social media groups, and other platforms.Contributing to promoting a positive team culture and supporting team members.Graphic Design and Visual Branding :
Collaborating on creating graphics, banners, logos, and other visual assets for the team's branding and promotional materials.Participating in uniform designs and other spirit-related items.Member Support and Management :
Assisting teammates with travel arrangements, accommodations, and other logistics during competitions and events.Providing encouragement and support to team members, fostering a cohesive and positive team environment.Marketing and Sponsorship :

You will also be required to sign and upload a W-9 and Parental Permission form. In addition, you will be required to electronically acknowledge Non-Disclosure and Internship agreements.
