Job Title : Sales Compensation Operations Analyst 1

Location : Lehi, UT (hybrid - 2 / 3 days onsite)

Contract Duration : 6 months

Pay Rate Range : $31.69 / hr - $35.21 / hr on W2

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO :

Duties :

• The Sales Commission Operations team is seeking a highly analytical team member to support the end-to-end commissions payout process for
• sellers throughout the world.
• This role includes assisting with commission calculation audits, sending timely data to payroll, responding to commission queries, and a heavy focus on working on team projects that will drive process improvements and analytics reporting for our business partners.
• This is a fast-paced environment requiring excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and working under strict deadlines.
