Position Title : Data Processing Analyst

Location : Stamford, CT

Status : Long Term Contract

Status : Onsite /

Shift / Schedule : Standard business hours are 8 : 30 AM–5 : 30 PM EST.

Pay Range : $20.00- 24.00

Requirements / Who we are looking for :

We are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented professional to join the team in this entry-level role. You must be comfortable working in a dynamic, performance-driven, fast-paced environment, and committed to delivering a high-quality, accurate product on a time-sensitive basis.

  • 0-2 years of Data Entry experience.
  • Familiarity with technology, software tools, and applications, including Excel.
  • Well-organized and self-motivated.
  • Highly attentive to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with handling confidential data.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Familiarity with financial services helpful.
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant job experience.
  • Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing :

  • Working within our alternative investments database.
  • Downloading, organizing, and renaming files.
  • Document management.
  • Creating, circulating, and tracking LOAs (Letter of Authorization).
  • Creating and reconciling transaction-level data in Excel.
  • Escalate system and data issues to client client-facing team and / or the team lead.
