Position Title : Fiber Procurement Representative

Pay Rate : $65,100 - $86,800. Multiple factors, including individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Position level may vary based on experience.

The Job You Will Perform

The Fiber Procurement Representative is responsible for the purchase and delivery of fiber products to a paper mill, including pulpwood, chips, and fiber fuel (biomass). The Fiber Procurement Representative supports the Fiber Specialist in raw materials acquisition, harvesting, logistics coordination, contract negotiations, and inventory management. This includes safety and other operational aspects. This position will conduct fiber procurement activities in support of the Mansfield Mill, be accountable for fiber cost and volume targets as well as responsible for fiber quality and logistics. Additionally, this position will oversee relationships with vendors to ensure compliance with contracts, company policies and procedures including safety, financial, environmental performance and fiber certifications. The successful candidate will be expected to relocate to the Mansfield, LA basin.

The Skills You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Forestry, Business Management, Marketing, Logistics, Transportation, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Materials Management, Supply Chain)
• Self-starter
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Employee must have demonstrated proficiency in analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fiber procurement experience is desired with knowledge of SAP and computer software (Microsoft suite) preferred
