What You’ll Be Doing Assisting in the oversight of our Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program Trending clinical data and tracking patient outcomes, safety, infection control, and satisfaction using Excel and other reporting tools Collaborating with nursing leadership to enhance documentation, training, and clinical competencies Monitoring compliance with CHAP standards , Medicare Conditions of Participation, and state regulations Educating staff and serving as a resource for quality, documentation, and compliance processes Supporting risk management, incident review, and performance improvement initiatives Representing our mission with community partners and referral sources Who You Are A well-qualified clerical professional; hospice or home health experience preferred but not required Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, data entry, tracking, formulas, and basic analysis) Familiar with regulatory guidelines and accreditation standards preferred A clear, professional communicator who works well across teams Organized, self-directed, and experienced in process improvement Passionate about compassionate care and elevating standards in the hospice industry Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package designed to support your overall well-being, including :
