Overview

This position develops and deploys education for employees leaders schedulers staffing specialists and timecard editors specific to the navigation utilization and processes of the UKG Advanced Scheduler and UKG Workload Planner. The Workforce Scheduling Trainer works under the direction of the Director of Patient Progression.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the first point of contact for the Staffing Specialists and inpatient department leaders for guidance and education.
• Develops and implements interventions to improve organizational performances and effectiveness related to the UKG Advanced Scheduler software scheduling process.
• Creates and maintains education materials department communications and maintains department information on the Scope and ServiceNOW.
• Special Projects Support to Staffing Office

Qualifications

3-5 years experience

Experience work in a large organization (over 5000 employees) multi-state payroll and KRONOS / UKG experience preferred or

5-7 years experience in lieu of degree

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $20.66 / hr but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.

Remote Work / Work from Home

This is an intermittent remote position which means that the person hired will work with his or her manager to determine a schedule that includes both at home and on-site hours at a Childrens Mercy location. The incumbent must live in the Kansas City metro area.
