Technical (Non-IT) Product Manager

Description :

• Drive successful execution of our business strategy for the Itasa release liners business in the Americas
• Manage product development and commercialization for release liners in Americas
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to execute our strategy maintain portfolio profitability
• Represent Indafor and ITASA at our customer production locations and translate customer requirements to Indafor and ITASA on topics such as product specification, product quality, product runnability, performance claims, customer line optimization, competitive threats, and cost reduction.
• Collect and communicate market insights and customer unmet needs to enable enhancement of Mativ value-in-use and innovation.
• Act as a partner to our sales and customer service teams to anticipate, prevent and resolve all types of customer issues and claims.
• Work collaboratively with cross function teams to create value for Indafor & ITASA Customers : R&D, Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Sales.
