Business Management Analysts implement and manage different types of projects according to the policies, procedures and goals of an organization. Program specialist's duties typically include overseeing strategic planning, human resource management and budgeting, and train personnel when necessary and act as a liaison between managers and subordinates.

• Recent Navy C4I(S) experience and understanding DoD funding.
• Analyzing program related issues and providing long-term resolutions.
• Managing resource allocations and workload assignments.
• Coordinating with program management to perform contact modification, work order changes and schedule changes.
