This position may be eligible for a $15000 sign on bonus with a 3 year commitment.

This position is eligible for Averas Student Loan Repayment Program which helps you pay off your loans faster. Each month Avera pays $167 (up to $10000)

towards the principal balance of your student loan.

Schedule : 12 hour night shits. Rotating weekends and holidays. Rotating call.

Medical Lab Scientist Required Education / Certification :

• Bachelors Transcript showing Medical Laboratory Scientist degree or Medical Technology degree
• Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS ) or Medical Technologist with the American Medical Technologists (AMT) within 1 Year or American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) within 1 Year

A Brief Overview

Performs a variety of clinical laboratory tests procedures and related duties. Utilizes scientific principles as well as technical procedural and problem-solving aptitudes for day-to-day laboratory technical operations quality control quality assurance procedure / instrument maintenance and corrective action test result correlation and clinical laboratory related continuing education.
