Weekly Hours : up to 8 hours

Patient Care : Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications, managing ventilators, feeding tubes, tracheostomies, and other medical devices.

  • Conduct Supervisory Visits every two weeks (plus monthly, or every 60 days) to our patients at their homes.
  • Monitor and assess the childs condition regularly, recognizing and responding to any changes in status.
  • Perform and document clinical assessments, including vital signs, pain management, and overall well-being.
  • Implement and follow the child's care plan as prescribed by the physician.
  • Coordination of Care : Collaborate with the healthcare team and other nurses, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate any changes in the childs condition to the physician and healthcare team promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of the childs care, including progress notes, medication records, and other required documentation.

General Accountabilities

  • Provide supervisory management to parent caregiver.
  • Maintains accurate, detailed reports and records.
  • Administers medications to patients and monitors patients for reactions or side effects.
  • Records patients' medical information and vital signs.
  • Monitors, records, and reports symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
  • Modifies patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
  • Monitors all aspects of patient care.
  • Prepares patients for and assists with examinations or treatments.
  • Job Qualifications

    Education : Bachelor's degree in nursing (Preferred) or LPN

    Resume

    RN License in the state of Georgia or LPN

    CPR Certification (Required)

    Experience : 1-2 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

    Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor

    Must be dependable and have reliable transportation with a current driver's license

    Job Types : Part-time, Contract

    Pay : Up to $400.00 per week

    Work Location : In person
