job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLead and manage the annual budgeting and recurring forecasting cycles as the FP&A Manager Prepare, analyze, and present monthly and quarterly results to executive leadership Partner with operational and commercial leaders to deliver insights only an effective FP&A Manager can provide Develop, enhance, and maintain dynamic financial models to support strategic decision-making Build dashboards and performance reporting tools to track KPIs and operational trends As the FP&A Manager, identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and modernize reporting and analytics processes Support M&A efforts - including modeling, due diligence, and integration - in the capacity of the FP&A Manager Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CPA, and / or CFA a plus) 5+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and business partnering skills Advanced Excel capability and experience with modern financial systems (Power BI, Hyperion, Adaptive, or similar) Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization Candidates coming directly from public accounting or with public-accounting-style training are highly desired
