Call Center Representative – Jackson, MS
We are seeking experienced Call Center Representatives to join our fast-paced, high-volume call center in Jackson. This is an on-site position (not remote) and requires strong customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle outbound calls while following a provided script clearly, concisely, and verbatim
- Meet and maintain call center performance metrics, policies, and procedures
- Receive and apply coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance
- Maintain professionalism in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Sit for extended periods while managing call activity
Qualifications :
Previous call center experience required6–12 months of customer service experience preferredStrong basic computer and navigation skillsAbility to pass a background checkMust successfully pass a pre-screener prior to attending trainingMust adhere to a 30-day probationary period with strict attendance requirementsExcellent verbal communication and active listening skillsDependable, coachable, and goal-orientedShift Details :
Part-Time Outbound : Monday–Friday, 5 : 00 PM – 9 : 00 PM with two required Saturdays per month : 8 : 45 AM – 4 : 00 PM.Compensation :
15.00 per hourWeekly payThere is a 30-day probationary period where absences and tardiness are not permissible. Attendance during training and the nesting period is imperative. Candidates must successfully complete the pre-screen and training requirements to continue the assignment.
