RAPP Dallas is looking for a Project Manager to join our award-winning Program Management team.

YOUR ROLE :

We're in search of a creative and adaptable Project Manager well-versed in CRM marketing. The Project Manager will lead campaign planning, resource and financial management , tactical execution and ultimately provide our client leadership with visibility into status of project work and ongoing campaigns. Our ideal candidate will enjoy partnering with Client Leadership, Creative, Design Studio, Proofreading / Quality Assurance, Technology and Analytics teams to deliver impactful customer-centric experiences.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

Project Ownership & Delivery (Day in a life of a Project Manager)

• Oversee daily intake and processing of new project requests, coordinating with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure seamless project initiation.
• Lead comprehensive planning of project scope, including defining key milestones, establishing timelines, and allocating resources.
• Proactively monitor project progress, manage scope changes, and oversee the change-control process to maintain alignment with objectives.
• Develop and implement staffing plans, forecasting resource needs to maximize team efficiency.
• Facilitate and participate in regular status meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all teams (onshore / offshore, strategy, analytics, technology, creative, quality assurance).
• Identify and mitigate project risks, minimizing agency exposure and safeguarding project delivery.
• Prepare contingency plans to address potential roadblocks and ensure timely, high-quality completion of all deliverables.

This range is specific to Dallas and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to : skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
