Seeking a self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently Attention to detail and follow-through on all tasks Data entry, document scanning, and printing Maintains filing systems as assigned. Retrieves information as requested from records, emails, and other related documents. Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Performs other related duties as assigned. High school diploma or GED required. 1-3 years of administrative, clerical, or customer service experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. Basic math skills; ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Valid driver's license or state ID required. Ability to lift / move up to 25 lbs. Regular use of hands, sitting, standing, walking, and occasional kneeling or crouching. Moderate noise level; occasional exposure to outdoor conditions. Dependability and accountability. Sound judgment and decision-making. Willingness to learn and grow. Creativity and adaptability.
