Litigation Mid-Level Associate

Overview

A prestigious international law firm seeks a litigation associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its Palo Alto office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on litigation experience including discovery, brief writing, and pre-trial preparation. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-stakes litigation matters in a highly collaborative and nationally recognized practice. Prior federal clerkship experience is a plus. Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong writing, research, and case management skills.
• Admission to the California Bar is required.
• Prior judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across offices and practices.
