The Clinical Excellence Trainer is responsible for on-the-job coaching focusing on teaching specific areas of knowledge to be clinical clerical and provider positions in medical practice to drive medical margin including healthcare systems (e.g. EHR telehealth pre-registration etc.) and best organizational practices.

The Trainer will analyze data related to workflow processes and reporting to evaluate the efficiency of current-state business processes and will implement changes to improve provider experience on Mosaics platforms.

Physical Demands

Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists hands and / or fingers. The worker must have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as : preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Ability to lift to 15 lbs. independently not to exceed 50 lbs. without help.
