A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

Model good communication and recovery-oriented living skills for clients

Participate in handling service requests effectively and client-friendly

Assess client needs and document interactions and interventions in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

Four years of full-time paid experience in a relevant mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Ability to recognize and respond to the unique needs of clients

Experience in crisis intervention and assessment procedures

Competence in documenting assessments and interventions according to established policies

Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
